Their website stated walk-ins would be welcome. True enough! Bill quickly analyzed the problem with the hearing aid and since he didn't have the needed parts on hand, made immediate preparations to ship the aid. More, they don't even carry the brand we had bought elsewhere. We WILL BE BACK.
